Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in event registration management
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Based in or near Chicagoland area for first 6 months work schedule
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience with online registration management and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Ability to lead projects and adhere to timelines
- Excellent workload management and expectation setting skills
- Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
- Experience with event databases
- Knowledge of hotel blocks and attrition is a plus
- Experience with monday.com is beneficial
- Degree in Hospitality is preferred
Job Duties
- Leading the online registration process for assigned events ensuring data integrity and reporting using event technology databases and Excel
- Handling registrant inquiries via email and phone ensuring customer service excellence
- Participating as a proactive and collaborative member of the assigned event logistics planning team providing solutions for our customers and event attendees
- Project managing online registration fulfillment for events
- Tag teaming with other registration managers when needed
- Providing onsite support at events when required
- Monitoring and optimizing the online registration experience
