Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in event registration management
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Based in or near Chicagoland area for first 6 months work schedule
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with online registration management and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to lead projects and adhere to timelines
  • Excellent workload management and expectation setting skills
  • Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
  • Experience with event databases
  • Knowledge of hotel blocks and attrition is a plus
  • Experience with monday.com is beneficial
  • Degree in Hospitality is preferred

Job Duties

  • Leading the online registration process for assigned events ensuring data integrity and reporting using event technology databases and Excel
  • Handling registrant inquiries via email and phone ensuring customer service excellence
  • Participating as a proactive and collaborative member of the assigned event logistics planning team providing solutions for our customers and event attendees
  • Project managing online registration fulfillment for events
  • Tag teaming with other registration managers when needed
  • Providing onsite support at events when required
  • Monitoring and optimizing the online registration experience
