Job Duties
- Shop and prepare online customer orders accurately and efficiently within the store
- Assist customers at the catering desk by answering questions and helping place catering orders as needed
- Perform a final quality check on all online and catering orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and presentation
- Confirm all required items are included such as plasticware, napkins, catering trays, sternos, sauces, dressings, and other accompaniments
- Load, transport, and safely deliver online and catering orders using a company vehicle
- Set up catering orders at off-site locations according to customer expectations and service standards
- Serve as the final checkpoint and the face of the Joseph’s Classic Market brand beyond the store
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions
- Communicate order issues or discrepancies promptly to store leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area and delivery vehicle
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
