- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier is desired
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up
- Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars
