Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision

- Basic math skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
- Ability to handle high-paced and stressful environments
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' orders efficiently
- Process coupons and payment for orders
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars
- Communicate order substitutions or exceptions professionally
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
