- Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking shelves, or cashier roles preferred

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars upon customers' arrival for pick up
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Receive orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Read and follow directions in the note section
- Ensure quality and freshness of chosen items
- Communicate professionally and timely with customers via portable phone
- Retrieve orders and ensure order accuracy
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing and item location discrepancies
- Inspect and notify management of equipment repair needs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Provide support through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
