Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders accurately
- process coupons and payment using the POS system
- deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report any pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies, and equipment issues to supervisors
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-commerce team members
- provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- manage conflict in a cooperative manner
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
