- Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves or as a cashier is preferred
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and honesty
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders accurately and efficiently
- Process coupons and payments through the point of sale system
- Deliver and load orders into customers' vehicles upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up
- Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify supervisors of repair needs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Manage conflicts in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed
