Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Previous experience as a personal shopper or in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier role preferred

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders efficiently
- Process coupons and payments accurately
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or order exceptions at time of pickup
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Follow food safety laws, company policies, and procedures
- Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat business
