Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a personal shopper or in a production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier role
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness
- Ability to work cooperatively in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments
- Ability to communicate professionally via phone
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and order accuracy
- Maintain staging areas and equipment cleanliness
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Train new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Provide exceptional customer service that encourages repeat online shopping
- Manage conflict professionally and cooperatively
- Follow policies for out-of-stock substitutions
- Use point of sale system for order processing
