- experience as a personal shopper or in production oriented or warehouse environment preferred
- cashier experience preferred
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' on-line orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- adhere to food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws
- receive customers' orders from Order Selector and store products appropriately
- communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars
- provide positive customer service experience encouraging repeat online shopping
- process orders through point of sale system
- follow policies for substitutions in out-of-stock scenarios
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in high paced and stressful environment
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act honestly and with integrity regarding customer and business information
- follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- provide support to individuals with special needs, minors, and older adults
- perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
