  • Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, shelving, or cashiering is desirable

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders
  • Process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival for pickup
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
  • Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
  • Inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-commerce team members
  • Meet or exceed customer service and productivity standards
  • Follow policies for out-of-stock substitutions
  • Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage conflict reasonably and professionally
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Provide support through direct interaction with diverse customer groups
