Job Requirements

- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary

- Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier preferred
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders efficiently
- Process coupons and payments accurately
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers professionally
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
