Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival
- provide positive customer service experience
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report pricing, scanning, and item discrepancies to supervisor
- inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- meet and exceed productivity standards
- manage conflict professionally and cooperatively
- follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
