- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and loading orders

- ability to communicate professionally with customers via phone

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- ability to work independently without supervision
- previous experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking shelves, or cashier experience is desirable
- ability to follow directions and resolve customer and business issues
- ability to manage conflict cooperatively and professionally
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payments
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- provide positive customer service experience
- scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup
