- Experience stocking shelves or working as a cashier preferred
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, company guidelines, and food safety procedures
- Store products in optimal temperature zones
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location issues to e-Commerce supervisor
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer information
- Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
- Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
