Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work without supervision
- basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- ability to read shelf tags
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- ability to provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- initiate and complete the selection process for online orders
- assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pick-up
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
