Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars during customer pick-up
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Scan and bag orders following established standards
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
