Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars at pick-up
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Maintain order accuracy and organization of staging areas
- Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping
