- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pick up
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick up
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Read and follow directions in notes
- Ensure quality and freshness of items chosen
- Respond professionally to customer calls
- Verify order accuracy and load orders into cars
- Provide positive customer service
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Follow policies on substitutions
- Maintain staging areas and equipment cleanliness
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location issues
- Notify management of equipment repairs
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist in training new team members
- Meet productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage conflict respectfully
