Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience in personal shopping, stocking, cashiering, or warehouse environment desirable
- Ability to work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to cars upon customers' arrival
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up time
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
- Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping
- Follow local and federal food safety laws and company guidelines
- Report discrepancies and notify management about equipment or item issues
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Perform opening and closing procedures
