Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping
- scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup
- ensure compliance with food safety procedures and company guidelines
