Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars during customer pickup
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Follow directions in notes section
- Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- Retrieve customer's order from staging locations and ensure accuracy
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and temperature issues
- Inspect equipment and notify supervisors of repairs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in high paced and stressful environment
- Manage conflict in reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
