Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders
  • Process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to cars during customer pickup
  • Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
  • Follow directions in notes section
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
  • Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
  • Retrieve customer's order from staging locations and ensure accuracy
  • Provide positive customer service experience
  • Process orders through point of sale system
  • Determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and temperature issues
  • Inspect equipment and notify supervisors of repairs
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-commerce team members
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Work cooperatively in high paced and stressful environment
  • Manage conflict in reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
