Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick-up
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- Adhere to all food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Inspect and notify management of equipment needing repair
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new team members
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
- Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
