- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary

- Experience as a personal shopper, in production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience preferred
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders accurately
- Process coupons and payment for online orders
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Maintain staging areas and equipment cleanliness and organization
