Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pickup
- provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at time of pickup
- adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- perform opening and closing procedures
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
