- Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environment, shelving, or cashier role preferred
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders in an efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Read and follow special instructions
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- Retrieve orders from staging locations and ensure order accuracy
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify management of needed repairs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflicts reasonably and non-confrontationally
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
