Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds
reliable transportation
basic computer skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

Ability to work without supervision
ability to read shelf tags
basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
excellent oral and written communication skills
experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary

Job Duties

Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments
deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
scan and bag orders while following all bagging standards
communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
