Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- reliable transportation
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work without supervision
- ability to read shelf tags
- basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
- ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
- ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- scan and bag orders while following all bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
