Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble on-line orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pick up
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick up
- Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
- Report discrepancies and equipment needs to supervisors
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Follow policies for substitutions
- Manage conflict cooperatively and professionally
