Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • assemble customers' online orders
  • process coupons and payment
  • deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
  • scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
  • communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
  • adhere to food safety procedures and legal regulations
  • receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
  • read and follow directions in notes
  • ensure quality and freshness of chosen items
  • respond professionally to customer calls
  • retrieve and verify customers' orders from staging areas
  • provide positive customer service experience
  • process orders through the point of sale system
  • determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
  • maintain staging area cleanliness and organization
  • report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
  • inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
  • perform opening and closing procedures
  • assist in training new e-Commerce team members
  • meet or exceed productivity standards
  • work cooperatively in high-paced environments
  • manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
  • act with honesty and integrity
  • follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • support special needs customers
