Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- adhere to food safety procedures and legal regulations
- receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- read and follow directions in notes
- ensure quality and freshness of chosen items
- respond professionally to customer calls
- retrieve and verify customers' orders from staging areas
- provide positive customer service experience
- process orders through the point of sale system
- determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
- maintain staging area cleanliness and organization
- report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in high-paced environments
- manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
- act with honesty and integrity
- follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- support special needs customers
