Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at time of pick-up
- Meet and exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Receive customers' orders, store products in optimal temperature zones
- Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
- Communicate with customers professionally and timely via portable phone
- Retrieve and ensure accuracy of customer orders, load orders into cars
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Process orders through point of sale (POS) system
- Follow policies to determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new team members
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance as necessary
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
