Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- provide a positive customer service experience
- demonstrate company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- receive orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
- communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- ensure order accuracy and load orders into cars
- process orders through point of sale system
- follow policies for out-of-stock substitutions
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- inspect equipment and report repair needs
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- follow directions and seek assistance when needed
