Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system
- Follow substitution policies for out-of-stock items
- Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage conflict professionally
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Provide support through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
