Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
  • Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
  • Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers
  • Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Adhere to food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report pricing, scanning, and item discrepancies
  • Inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-commerce team members
  • Provide positive customer service experience
  • Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system
  • Follow substitution policies for out-of-stock items
  • Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage conflict professionally
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Provide support through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
