- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented, warehouse, stocking shelves or cashier role preferred
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable nonconfrontational manner
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon pickup
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
