Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers’ online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers’ online orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers’ cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders on the go following all bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders during pickup
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Receive orders, store products in optimal temperature zones
- Follow instructions in order notes
- Ensure quality and freshness of chosen items
- Respond to customer calls professionally and timely
- Retrieve and verify order accuracy
- Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat business
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Manage substitutions for out-of-stock items
- Maintain staging area and equipment organization and cleanliness
- Report pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage conflicts reasonably
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
