Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- ability to read shelf tags
- basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- previous experience as a personal shopper, production or warehouse worker, shelf stocker, or cashier preferred
- ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, cooperative manner
- ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pick-up
- scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
- report equipment issues and discrepancies to management
