- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier preferred
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
