Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work without supervision
- ability to read shelf tags
- basic math skills such as counting, addition, and subtraction
- effective oral and written communication skills
- previous experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, production, stocking, or cashier preferred
- capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to follow directions and seek assistance
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- ability to act with honesty and integrity

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival
- scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- adhere to local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
- receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars
- provide a positive customer service experience
- process orders through the point of sale system
- follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock
- maintain staging area organization and cleanliness
- report pricing, scanning, and item location issues to supervisors
- inspect and report equipment needing repair
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in high-paced environments
- manage conflict professionally
- act with honesty and integrity
- follow directions and seek assistance as needed
- provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
