- Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably, nonconfrontationally, and cooperatively
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
