Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with care for freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up
- communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at the time of pick-up
- scan and bag orders on the go while adhering to bagging standards
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- provide positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping
