Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in personal shopping, production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashiering
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Ability to provide support to individuals with special needs, minors, and older adults
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pickup
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pickup
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and equipment repair needs to management
