Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
  • deliver and load orders into cars for customers upon arrival
  • scan and bag orders following bagging standards
  • communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
  • meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
  • receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
  • read and follow directions in notes
  • ensure quality and freshness of items selected
  • respond to customer calls professionally and timely
  • retrieve and confirm order accuracy from staging locations
  • provide positive customer service experience
  • process orders through point of sale system
  • determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • report discrepancies to e-Commerce supervisor
  • inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
  • perform required opening and closing procedures
  • assist in training new team members
  • meet or exceed productivity standards
  • work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  • manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
  • act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
  • provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
