Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • assemble customers' online orders
  • process coupons and payments
  • deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
  • scan and bag orders following bagging standards
  • communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers
  • adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
  • report pricing, scanning, and equipment discrepancies to supervisors
  • assist in training new e-commerce team members
  • perform opening and closing procedures
  • provide positive customer service experience
  • manage conflicts reasonably and cooperatively
  • follow policies for substitutions and order processing
  • communicate professionally with customers and team members
