Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payments
- deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
- report pricing, scanning, and equipment discrepancies to supervisors
- assist in training new e-commerce team members
- perform opening and closing procedures
- provide positive customer service experience
- manage conflicts reasonably and cooperatively
- follow policies for substitutions and order processing
- communicate professionally with customers and team members
