Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience as a personal shopper, cashier, warehouse or stocking environment preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during order pick-up
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Follow policies for substitutions and adhere to food safety procedures
