Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
  • Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to operate electronic communication devices

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders
  • Process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to customers' cars for pick up
  • Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for freshness, variety, and cleanliness
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Store products in optimal temperature zones
  • Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone
  • Retrieve and load orders ensuring accuracy
  • Provide positive customer service experience
  • Process orders through point of sale system
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
  • Report discrepancies and equipment issues
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  • Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
  • Act with honesty and integrity
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
