Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to operate electronic communication devices

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars for pick up
- Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for freshness, variety, and cleanliness
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Store products in optimal temperature zones
- Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone
- Retrieve and load orders ensuring accuracy
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Process orders through point of sale system
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
