- Experience as a personal shopper or in a production or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience stocking shelves or working as a cashier preferred

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pickup
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pickup
- Ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy of all items chosen
- Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Operate point of sale system for order processing
- Provide positive customer service to enhance online shopping experience
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
