Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up
- Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Receive customers' orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Read and follow directions in the note section
- Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- Retrieve and verify customers' orders and load into cars
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Process orders through the point of sale system
- Follow policies for substitutions in case of out-of-stock items
- Maintain staging area organization and cleanliness
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Work cooperatively in high paced environment
- Manage conflict respectfully and nonconfrontationally
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
