- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival for pickup
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pickup
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to store e-Commerce supervisor
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Process orders through the POS system
- Follow policies for substitutions
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- Load orders into customers' cars
- Ensure order accuracy
- Provide support to customers including individuals with special needs
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Manage conflict cooperatively
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
