  • Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
  • Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards
  • Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Receive customers' orders from Order Selector according to guidelines, store products in optimal temperature zones
  • Read and follow directions given in the note section
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
  • Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
  • Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations, ensure order accuracy, and load order into customers' cars
  • Provide a positive customer service experience
  • Process orders through the point of sale system
  • Follow policies for substitutions in case of out-of-stock items
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisor
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
  • Meet productivity standards
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Manage conflict reasonably and professionally
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
  • Provide support through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
