Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival for pickup
- Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
- Communicate order substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pickup
- Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones according to guidelines
- Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles
- Provide positive customer service that encourages repeat online shopping
- Process orders through the point of sale system
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies, and equipment repair needs to store management
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Manage conflict professionally and cooperatively
- Follow food safety procedures and adhere to company and legal guidelines
