Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders efficiently
- Process coupons and payment accurately
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders according to standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and equipment needs to management
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Provide positive customer service to encourage return business
